Black & White night. This is one of our signature events, where our patron Gordon Undy a mono devotee, evaluates all works on display and awards the Gordon Undy Mono Award to one of the images. This award features the actual view finder that Gordon used in some of his earlier mono works and is presented by Gordon to the photographer of his favourite image, or to the image that shows the most promise, or as an encouragement etc. It’s up to Gordon. This isn’t a competition as such because we aren’t a competition driven club. But it is an opportunity to learn a lot about mono photography.

Gordon will also choose his top 3 from all images displayed and you the audience will choose the image from those 3 to be featured on the monthly calendar page within our website. 

IMPORTANT - ONLY IMAGES TAKEN IN THE LAST 12 MONTHS ARE TO BE EXHIBITED. [So from March 2020 to March 2021.]

All images to be displayed on stands by 7:20 pm so that the meeting can commence at 7:30 pm. If you have a black & white AV, please book this in via the website so that we can do our best to fit it in the program and have your USB stick with the AV on to the computer hutch by 7:20 pm.

Dress for the occasion - Black & White of course and there will be a prize for the person the audience votes as bests dressed.
