Billy tea and damper demonstrations with Nick the Stockman 10.30am, 11.30am & 12.30pm
Developed by early Australian settlers, a traditional ‘billy tea’ involves the use of recycled cans as tea pots on an open fire. Watch this exciting Aussie tea ceremony in action!
Boomerang throwing with Muru Mittigar  10am-4pm
Learn about Darug culture with Muru Mittigar and have a go at boomerang throwing! Muru Mittigar are located at Rouse Hill Estate to deliver curriculum-based Aboriginal cultural education programs, teacher training, visitor-orientated cultural programming and curated experiences.Â
Scones with the Castle Hill CWA 10am-4pm
Have morning or afternoon scones and tea with the Country Women’s Association while enjoying the views of Rouse Hill Estate. Homemade produce also available for purchase on the day.
Coffee with Nomadic Café  10am-4pm
Grab a coffee throughout the day from this coffee cart serving organic, fair trade coffee.
