MEETINGS

Our regular meetings are on the first and third Wednesday each month in our brand new purpose designed premises in the Primrose Park Art & Craft Centre in Primrose Park, Matora Lane (off Young St.) Cremorne, NSW, 2090.

We encourage our members to bring along visitors who are always welcome.

Our first monthly meeting is held on the first Wednesday of each month from 7pm. This is a general meeting, very informal in a warm and friendly atmosphere. Members BYO drinks and food which we share in a convivial manner.

There is no specific agenda but generally:

​

• On arrival members mingle, socialise, welcome visitors.

• We display a variety of Audio Visual presentations prepared by some members on our stunning 6m wide screen.

• We exchange information about photographic matters, exhibitions, techniques and events.

• We discuss and plan special photographic activities and outings.

• We adjourn to our Mezzanine Gallery to discover and discuss the monthly exhibition by one of our members. This is a fun event of discovery, learning, evaluating in a convivial manner.

• We have a show and tell segment. Members bring photographs or items of interest which are displayed during the meeting and discussed.

 

We also have Conversational evenings on the third Wednesday on each month from 7.30pm.  These are slightly more technical where we workshop a specific photographic related subject. They are much appreciated by members keen to develop their knowledge and experience.
